International Telegraphic Transfers

• Our telegraphic transfer service offers fast and secure electronic payment. It is recommended for payments to any country, and is available in any tradable currency. It provides a flexible payment delivery to suit your beneficiary.
• You can either ask your local branch to make the payment for you or send the payment using the priority payments facility from Hexagon.The payments are commonly sent electronically using SWIFT.
• You can request payment by credit to a specified bank Account for payment to be collected by the beneficiary upon production of appropriate identification. Your Account is debited on the day payment is sent.

International Demand Draft

An international demand draft is a guaranteed cheque issued by HSBC and presented to a bank abroad, usually an HSBC Group office. It is ideally used with accompanying documents when settling invoices, and is payable in any major currency.

You can obtain an international demand draft at any of our branches. You will receive the draft in person, allowing you to send the payment how and when you wish. Your account will be debited on the day you order the draft.
