On 25 May, HSBC Bank will be carrying out planned service upgrades and maintenance work on its systems in Lebanon. This will result in suspension of certain services on this date.

We would like to notify you that on 31 March 2013 My Reward Points earned up to 31 March 2010 will expire as per My Reward Points 'Three year Points expiry policy'.
The three year Points expiry policy
Earlier this year My Reward Points communicated to all members regarding three important programme changes, one of which was the 'Three year Points expiry policy'. According to this policy, all My Reward Points earned will have a 'shelf life' of three years, which if unused, will automatically expire and be deducted from your account.
The first phase of Points expiry will be on 31 March 2013, when all My Reward Points earned up to 31 March 2010, will expire.
