Eligibility and Requirements for Lebanese Residents

• Resident aged 21 or over but not more than 65 years old at maturity of the loan
• The home should be within Greater Beirut or Mount Lebanon
• Been working with the same employer or have been in the same business (for professionals and salaried) for at least 2 years
• Regular monthly income of USD2,000 and above for salaried and USD3,000 for self employed, professionals and traders. The applicant should be a Status or Premier customer
• 50% of the spouse's income can be taken into consideration
• Letter from the employer (not more than one month old) stating the salary, social security number and years of employment certified by the employer’s bank
• Mukhtar’ certificate of residence
• Bank statement for the last 6 months transactions for professionals, self employed and traders.
• Real estate certificates for the apt and the common parts.
• Copy of title deed, residency licence, building rules, blue print map, real estate certificate, receipt of down-payment and sales agreement
• Original ID card or passport (for sighting), in addition to Syndicate card & proof of profession for professionals.
